CARSON VALLEY DAYS
ROCK CRAWL FOR CANCER

NEVADA 4WD CLUB, THE SIERRA STOMPERS PARADE THEIR STUFF! AND RAISE MONEY FOR A GOOD CAUSE.

JUNE 14-15, 2003, Minden/Gardnerville, NV

Getting lined up and ready for the parade through downtown. Hawaii in Nevada???? It worked!

Tying the monkey on for his ride in the parade
(with shade no less).

Parading down the street --en mass -- the crowd loved it.

I followed her quite a while. She never
did much of a dance, though. :)

After seeing the Stompers in action, I nick-named
this the short stack! It got even better!

This large stack of jeeps had to be the biggest
crowd pleaser I've seen in a while. Folks
were hooping and hollering! The Stompers
put on quite a show.

At the end of the parade, the festivities continued
with rock crawling competition, built by the
local 20/30 club and the Sierra Stompers.

The Sierra Stompers came out to play. I counted
25 rigs in the parade and many of them ended up
in this rock pile. It was pure fun!

Bob Fielding negotiates the rock pile in his most
unusual Izuzu Vehi Cross, armored with LineX, supercharged and fully rock ready.

The money from this event went to help
a young man with spinal cancer. You

Valley Days parade and activities put on
