May 2006: I received word that this business (was Jackson Lube Express) has changed hands. It appears the new owners (Valvoline) are much more in tune with prodiving us with better, more professional service. In fact the new owner, Loren York wrote a nice letter to the editor in our local paper explaining his position. It's a new business. I plan to stop by and see. In the meantime, I suggest you give them a try also.
