Off-Road Business Association Hires Executive Director
Fred Wiley
brings over 25 years of business management and
26 years of snowmobile and OHV experience

(1-10-06) – The Off-Road Business Association (ORBA) is pleased to announce that it has hired
Fred Wiley
to fill the position of Executive Director. Mr. Wiley has been involved for many years in private industry managing businesses of all sizes. During the past few years he has utilized his business experience to serve as a consultant to many of these companies.
Fred has served as the President of the
California
– Nevada Snowmobile Association, the Chairman of the Western Chapter of the American Council of Snowmobile Associations and on the Executive Board of the American Council of Snowmobile Associations. Fred’s work with these volunteer organizations for over 10 years has earned him the respect of not only the off-road groups but the state and federal agencies. Fred also worked as the central
California
off-road coordinator for the Republican Party, President Bush, Roy Ashburn and many others.
