With 20 years of facilitation experience for thousands of happy customers, I offer a unique approach to a meeting, conference or convention. I get the job done in the least amount of time while making the entire event fun.
On January 1, 2002 I retired from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) with 30 years of government service behind me. While in CDF, I initiated the entire concept of facilitation and became the first Master Facilitator. I started a CDF Facilitator Training Program and wrote the Facilitator's Handbook.
When planning a meeting or other event, the question I will ask you is: What do you want me to put in your hands at the end of the meeting? What will it look like; feel like? If I cannot deliver it, I won't take the job.
I offer both traditional flip chart, as well as hi-tech laptop projector meeting facilitation.
I specialize in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Disaster Planning, and Emergency Management.
