VOLUNTEER LEADER & LAND STEWARDSHIP (VLLS) REVIVAL

Del Albright Brings Hands-On Workshop Back to Life

After a 6-year hiatus, I am bringing back landuse training with the VLLS workshop -- Volunteer Leader & Land Stewardship (connected to the RLTC Volunteer Training) for my off-road friends.

FEB. 28th weekend, starting Thursday night check-in (late). Ends Sunday afternoon. Rancho Cordova (Marriott), CA (just outside Sacramento. Sponsors (so far) include BFGoodrich Tires, Omix-ADA/Rugged Ridge, Poly Performance, Synergy Manuracturing, Raceline Wheels and (most likely, yet to be confirmed), Calif. Assoc. of 4Wheel Drive Clubs.

New blood is needed in landuse and this course develops leaders who will step up and make stuff happen.

This workshop will most likely be in the West, this fall (2014) or next spring. Most everything is free to selected students. It's an intense hands-on landuse boot camp for a long weekend.

Over 100 students have completed past workshops and gone on to start over a dozen Friends groups and become organizational leaders of all types.

WOULD YOU WANT TO ATTEND? If I can pull this off and get some sponsors, would you see yourself wanting to attend? Or do you know a good candidate/student? DOWNLOAD and submit an application below if you think you might be interested - assuming the dates work out for you.

thanks, Del Albright
