HISTORY

BlueRibbon's very own, Clark Collins, was a huge part of the intial movement to get the RTP program up and running.  It was through the efforts of folks like Clark, and Senator (ID) Dirk Kempthorne, that our trails now have grant money available. Over 50 million dollars annuall get awarded in RTP grants. We can thank BlueRibbon and Clark for being the impetus for this funding.
