Leadership and Volunteer Training Services
Based on my 35 years of supervision and management experience and research, my leadership training incorporates the nitty-gritty of being a good leader. I have included some techniques based on military experience as well as 26 years in the fire service. Further, I've included my 25 years experience in land use and access efforts, working with volunteers.
The foundation of the training I offer is captured in the motto above -- to inspire, motivate and faciliate. I've lead soldiers into battle, and I've lead firefighters in battles against raging wildfires. The sum total of these experiences are provided in my leadership courses.
