Why is there a charge for RLTC?
Enrollment and consulting for RLTC is $150. Group discounts and payment plans are available. There is a charge for this course because of several reasons. First, it took me nearly two years to develop and write the course. Second, I spend quite a bit of time with each student. This time spent is time I am not doing land use and access for the organizations I work for. So I do the course mentoring on my spare time. Third, the course enrollment fees help me to continue to fight for access all over the country.
